1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Idea2Prod, a platform that helps evaluate product ideas, generate specifications and deliver code to a connected repository using artificial intelligence.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide us with accurate information when you register.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to enter illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to access other customers' data or parts of the system you are not authorized to access.
4. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the ideas, specifications and other content you enter into the platform.
The code generated by Idea2Prod from your specifications belongs to you. It is delivered to your connected repository and you are free to use, modify and distribute it without restriction on our part. You are responsible for verifying that this code and its use do not infringe third-party rights.
Idea2Prod retains all rights to the platform itself, its software, its brand and the underlying technology, none of which are assigned to you through your use of the service.
5. Service availability
We make a reasonable effort to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance that causes temporary interruptions.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
The code and specifications generated by the artificial intelligence are a starting point: you are responsible for reviewing, testing and validating them before deploying them to production.
Our total liability to you will be limited, at most, to the amount you have paid for the service in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Account closure
You can request the closure of your account at any time by writing to legal@idea2prod.ai. When you close it, we anonymize your content and permanently remove your access, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from them, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona, unless applicable consumer regulations establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
